The venue rental includes tables, chairs, and complete venue access. Setup and breakdown time is built into our packages! When you work with our Sales Team, they will guide you through package options that will help make your special event come to life!

Set-up time and event time are not interchangeable. You can add additional event time at $800 per hour or set-up at $200 per hour.

Yes, at The Austin we offer a Bridal Suite and Groom Suite!

You are welcome to bring in any decor (excluding bird seed, rice, confetti, glitter, rose petals, or another items of that nature). Flames are allowed, but candles must be in votives.

We do have an open vendor policy. Any vendor not on our preferred vendors list must be licensed and insured. Please get written permission from your Venue Manager for any vendor outside of our recommended list.

Yes! We do require that your caterer is licensed, insured, and has a serving staff.

We accept checks, credit cards, & ACH. A 4.5% credit card surcharge & 1% ACH surcharge will be applied to all payments excluding the initial payment.
